Seven years building systems for other people's businesses. Then I started noticing the pattern underneath the code — the same operational bottleneck, in different industries, wearing different clothes.
A property company whose growth was capped by client communication capacity. A fashion brand whose sales ceiling was the size of its customer service team. A logistics operation where leads arrived and disappeared before anyone could respond.
Different businesses. Same root: an operational bottleneck sitting between the business and the growth they were trying to reach — and in every case, that bottleneck was people-shaped.
That's what I build systems to remove.

Discovery first, always
We don't quote before we understand. The 30-minute discovery call exists for one reason: to find out if there's a real fit before either of us invests more time.
Design before code
Before a single line of code is written, you receive the full system blueprint — architecture, data model, user flows, AI strategy. You approve it. Then we build.
You own everything
Complete source code. Full documentation. No vendor lock-in. The system is yours the moment it's delivered — because you paid for something that should outlast this engagement.
Retainer because the system deserves care
Not because we created dependency. An automated system is a live operational asset. It needs maintenance, updates as your business changes, and someone watching it. That's what the retainer is for.
