30 minutes mapping your operation. We're not looking for a brief — we're looking for the bottleneck underneath what you think the problem is. Most clients arrive convinced they need X. We find out whether X is what actually removes the ceiling.
Deep-dive session
If there's a fit, we run a 2–3 hour working session with your team. We map the process, identify the friction points, and understand what the ideal outcome actually looks like.
System blueprint
We deliver the full design before writing a line of code: architecture diagram, database schema, user flows, AI strategy, integration points. You approve everything first.
Build, test, deploy
We build in sprints with regular check-ins. You own the code at every stage. We deploy, test in production, and hand over with full documentation.
